Where Your Data is Stored
Your data is primarily stored and processed on secure servers located in the UK.
Data is securely backed up in the cloud. In some limited cases, data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. How Long We Keep Your Data

- Support Communications: Retained for 12–24 months to ensure we can track historical support issues.
